DELIVERY INFORMATION

We offer the option to pick up items at our warehouse, order delivery via courier to desired address, or choose pickup at one of the nearest collection points.

Delivery options:

Product pickup at the franchef.lv collection point. After payment is completed, the order can be picked up at the warehouse – Salamandras street 1, Riga, LV-1024. Coordinating the pickup date and time in advance. Once the order is ready for pickup, a company representative will contact the Customer to confirm the details. This service is free of charge.

Product pickup at a DPD or OMNIVA parcel lockers.

Orders can be collected from DPD or OMNIVA parcel lockers. When placing an order, the Customer can choose the most convenient and nearest parcel locker for delivery. This option will only appear if the weight and size of the item do not exceed the maximum limits set by the service provider.

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct phone number and email address in the order and ensuring that the notifications sent successfully reach them.
Once the item is delivered to the selected parcel locker, the Customer will receive an SMS with the access code. If the package is not collected before the storage period expires, it will be returned to the franchef.lv warehouse. A fee may apply for resending or reissuing the package, which must be paid before the item is sent again.

Product delivery via courier service.

Orders can be received by courier service. Courier services deliver orders only to the specified address. If the Customer requires item delivery beyond that point (e.g., carrying it upstairs), they must contact the support phone number in advance to confirm additional costs.

The Customer is responsible for providing a correct phone number and email address in their order and ensuring that courier notifications/calls are successfully received.
If the courier, by prior agreement, at the time of delivery cannot reach the Customer, the order will be returned to the franchef.lv warehouse. A re-delivery fee will apply as indicated on the invoice. The order will not be re-sent until this fee is paid.

Important!

Upon receiving the item, the Customer must check the condition of the packaging and the product in the presence of the courier. If any damage is detected, the Customer has the right to refuse the item and must immediately inform the seller to arrange a replacement.

By default the courier delivers the item only to the building’s entrance. Further transport (e.g., carrying it inside or upstairs) is the Customer’s responsibility.
The prices and delivery times for each product are listed separately. Delivery times depend on the availability of the goods in the warehouse.
Seller reserves the right to change the availability of the product. Also, by prior agreement with the Customer, the delivery method and costs may be changed.
