Warranty application, review and repair.
The customer must deliver the goods to the warehouse, Salamandras Street 1, Riga, LV-1024, only after prior agreement by phone +371 24001300 or by e-mail info@lfranchef.lv. When submitting a product for warranty, the Customer must fill out an application, which must include a description of the product defect, and at the time of applying for the warranty, the Customer must present a document confirming the transaction (invoice, delivery note, cashier’s check). Product evaluation, product diagnostics and repair are provided through service in Latvia. If the Product cannot be delivered to a warehouse for objective reasons (the product is installed, built-in, bulky), the parties shall agree on the procedure for performing diagnostics through negotiations. If, after diagnostics, the product meets the warranty conditions, the Seller will repair it at its own expense and notify the Customer about the possibility of receiving the repaired product.
Alternatively, the seller reserves the right to offer the Customer a replacement product, providing the most convenient solution.
If, however, after the diagnosis, the product does not meet the warranty terms and the Customer refuses the paid repair, he/she must pay for the diagnosis, in return for receiving the service center’s conclusion on the damage. If the Buyer agrees to the paid repair, the diagnostic costs are not applied.
If the Customer has not complied with any of the above conditions, the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the product for warranty review, accept the product back or exchange it.
